Getting to know Silvia...
At the young age of six-year-old, Silvia immigrated to the United States from Argentina. She had no idea what this move would mean to her life, but God had special plans for her. Growing up as a pastor’s daughter allowed her to learn a lot about different Latin cultures and how to love and truly study people.
She established her roots as a young woman in ministry in the state of New Jersey. Her passion for children allowed her to work with them and later on enabled her to be the key person to establish a sponsorship program to help an orphanage in need in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
As time moved on, Silvia began to work with girls, then young women and later with women of all ages. She became the sectional leader for a ministry called Missionettes/Girls Ministry for the Assemblies of God. This ministry mentors girls’ ages 3-17 and helps build girls for success both in life but more importantly, build a relationship with God.
Today, she is a wife, a mother, a sister, a daughter and a friend, a life coach, a counselor, an author and speaker. However, her most rewarding divine assignment is being a wife of 29 years to Miguel and mother to her daughters-Stephanie, Ashley and Alexandria and her two fur babies, Joey and Molly.
In her spare time, she is the President and Founder of Women’s Empowerment Services. Silvia hosts annual empowerment conference for Young Women. She is also a Certified Life Breakthrough Coach and a Board-Certified Biblical Counselor. She is a collaborating author in the book, Rockbottom is a Beautiful Place (volume 1) and authored her own children’s book—Perlita Comes to America.
As a career woman, she holds a full time employment at a global bank as the Vice President of International Benefits for Latin America.
Silvia is passionate about seeing women thrive, live out their destiny, and succeed in life; therefore, she is invested in the creation of programs that will provide tools for women to accomplish their goals.
